WWA is a sister company of Putzmeister Inc. and an affiliate of the German Primus KG company, which owns land and buildings of Putzmeister Inc. It is closely related through is owner Karl Schlecht to the non-profit KSG foundation, which holds all shares of the Putzmeister group. 

The offering of shares of such Windparks to environmentally minded citizens and investors is planned to begin in 2002 through WWA - Satellite Companies (WSC). Here business gains will normally be reinvested to grow the turbine population and continue to increase shareholder value. 
Alternatively certain future WWA - satellite joint venture companies (WJV) for traditional investors. It will offer them a chance to utilize government incentives and the actual 5 years depreciation of the turbine inventory by investing in complete wind turbine units or parks. This will also help optimize the investor’s own tax situation while later getting dividends.
